Change in Summer Plans

So I’ve decided that I won’t be going to Ehwa’s Korean Language Program in June-August. In stead, I’ll do their Winter 2013 program (December-February). The benefit of doing it this way would be:

  1. Cheaper roundtrip airfare (September ’13 – February ’14, rather than June-December ’13)
  2. No rush in planning housing and visa (I can look around for goshitels and hasukjibs in person, and continue on a student visa from Hanyang)
  3. Won’t have to skip the last three classes of guitar (which, I found out on the first day (yesterday) I can’t afford to do anyway, since I joined the more academic/serious guitar instructor this time, and he actually has tests and performances)

So now I have June-August free… and I’ll be in Toronto… which I was hoping against. It does give me time to save up more, but that is only if I find myself a job. And if I don’t… to be quite honest, I am pretty sure I’d be spending more money than saving during the next three months. I’ve already been going out with friends more often this past month of vacation. Plans are being made spontaneously almost every week. My money is going to fly out the window, I know it. I just hope that I’ll have enough left by the end, at least the amount I started with.

Goodbye Fourth Year of University~

I went out with my friends today yesterday (which I hardly ever do, go out just to meet them, that is) It’s always something to do with having an errand, or having something to buy, or just… SOMETHING.
But right now, I don’t have anything to do.

School is over for me, good bye fourth year of university~ it was a swift but knowledge-filled ride.

I’m glad that’s over, but now I wait.
Wait for summer school (Guitar in S1 – May-June) to begin and end…
Wait for (possibly) Ewha Summer Language Program and that whole plan to get sorted out…
Wait for my huma 4416 and huma 4410 marks to come out…

Wait for exchange to confirm my nomination based on sessional gpa…

I have about three weeks of having nothing to do.

And I like it.

Summer schooling, 2012

Sigh.

Summer school is always better in terms of focusing your attention to certain courses, and not having to worry about a bunch of other ones. But then again, it’s also in danger of being abandoned due to laziness… having to bus all the way to school and back, “just for school”… =___=.
